2. Set-up venue and meeting room resource

Every venue has it's own name and working hours. You can create multiple meeting room resources in the same venue, once venue is created click create button on the bottom right corner.


Drag and drop meeting room icon to it's corresponding position on the floor-map. You can set up your floor-map by clicking Draw button.

3. Install TableAir Meeting Room app

Take any Android or iPad tablet and hang it next to an entrance to a meeting room. If you want to get the most of the signage display, we recommend to use a professional signage display provided by TableAir.

4. Invite your colleagues

Grant your colleagues access to the venue and they'll be able to prebook meeting online or on the iPhone and Android apps.
